I’ve gone over calories today here at 5:46 pm. I am NOT calling it quits and blowing my evening. (Think of having one flat tire so you run around the car popping the other three.) Instead, I’m going to the store with the hubby, aka my chauffeur, to get some veggies and pickles etc. I’ll have a protein drink later too. In retrospect, I think 🤔 that I messed up with eating at midnight last night. BUT it is never too late to make good choices after a bad decision. I’m fact, the best time to make a good choice is after a bad decision.

SO WHAT if I’m over by 200-300 calories as long as I don’t make it a few thousand like used to?! Better yet, I’m eating healthy to avoid cravings kicking in.

I wish they still had the video blog feature on here. I can’t find it and never could figure out how to use it. I do have a YouTube Channel and Facebook where I talk about health and fitness too. Spread the SPARK!
