Saturday I spent almost the entire day sitting on my big behind. The day started off in the Normal way, Slim Fast Advanced Nutrition Caramel Latte Shake and a bottle of water then I jumped into the car for the three plus hour drive to Warner U.
I could not wait to eat until I got to the college, I had a splitting headache and twitching behind my left eye. So I purchased a 6 piece Fiorucci Panini at Walmart when I got into a town and did some grocery shopping for my daughter because she does not have a car on campus. Then we ate in the Campus Cafe I had a Chicken Caesar Salad couldn't really keep track of everything - lettuce, tomato, Cheese, dressing and I think maybe cucumbers. I guessed it was probably about 230 on the calorie scale but there really is no way to tell. Could have been more. Then we went to my daughter's Season Opener basketball game and when it was over got back in the car to drive the whole way home. Stopped at 7-11 for some fruit chips - Apple and Coconut, pretty yummy.
Overall, my hardest days are when people bring me food unexpectedly and when I have to go away to some place I am not familiar with so I just make the best choices I can and forgive myself for any screw ups.
My biggest challenge so far - Not rewarding myself with food.
