1. To try to lose at least a pound a week. If more happens then that is all good.
2. I have been doing a personal goal of a streak of a 100 days on spark and I get a reward. I am gonna keep doing the reward system for every 100 days I am on spark consistently. Which leads to making sure I track and so on.
3. I want to get where I am walking more. I am getting better but nowhere near where I want to be.
4. Compete and complete all the 5% challenges here on Sparkpeople.
