12 half marathons in 2020

my 2020 goal is to try to do as many 1/2 marathons as i can, my dr says stop when my body starts telling me something wrong, dont get injured. I did 2 back to back last year so if I only get 3 this year im ahead of last year!!

    PBS NOVA had a program on a few years ago about a study at Tufts U. in Boston that found that people who trained and ran a half marathon got 90% health benefits but when they went on to train and run a full marathon they only got 10% more and a LOT of injuries, so their conclusion was to do half marathons for health.

    People who had been runners back in grade school/high school/college and then quit for years were in the study as well, and they found that those people quickly got better.
