List of foods eaten:

Wheat bread
avocado
tomato

cucumber
chickpeas
feta
mushrooms
pepper
egg
canned tomatoes
kidney beans

macaroni pasta
milk
cheese

wheat bread
cheese
chicken slice

Notes: started feeling a little gassy after lunch, minimal bloating. Probably from eating too fast and the kidney beans. After dinner extremely bloated! (prego looking belly) and still gassy. Too much pasta? Type of pasta? Will try to cut down portions and eat slower. No food intolerances in the past.
