Wheat bread
Chicken deli slices
Cheese

Chickpeas (drained and rinsed this time)
tomato
cucumber
feta
pepper
apple
yogurt
bread
cheese
chicken deli slices

cheese tortellini
tomato sauce
garlic bread
red wine

Notes: less gassy after lunch, maybe rinsing the chickpeas helps since they come in a can. Not extremely bloated after dinner but definitely gassy. Maybe its pasta that's causing it? Still really full this morning. I'm going to try eating less bread throughout the day, I think I had about 3 sandwiches.

    Secret of no gas is what you add to food. Members of the parsley family stop it. The Germans put caraway with the saurkraut, Mexicans cumin with their beans, Indian cooking has chewing on fennel seeds after a meal. Add some parsley and smile 🌱
