I've been away for a couple months. My head and my heart were not into it at all. I tried the 5% fall challenge and it wasn't for me even though that's exactly my goal. I think what i found the hardest is the commitment to the group. I'm more of a free range chix ;)
I am disapointed with SP in many ways but it helped me so much in the past, it's a tool and i'm willing to try it again and have a good attitude about it. I WILL make the efforts to log my calories; that's hard for me because i always feel so busy and in a rush.. but i WILL make time for it, as it's truly a good tool when you totally lost sight on portions size and general nutrition clues as i do right now. It was so important and took so much place in my life before, it's so strange to me that i forgot all about it.
I have to start again. To me starting again is a sign of success, still. So here I am!
Goals for this week:
-drink 8 cups of water (yeeep, to the very basics..)
-log in calories at least 3 days this week
-go for a walk or to the gym at least 3x this week
Feel free to share with me your best articles about starting again, losing weight past 35, general motivation
Have a great week!
