5% Spring Challenge: Getting those miles early.

I like to exercise early in the morning. On weekends, I combine my early walking with my catching-sunrises hobby. We wake up quite early, take a car ride and go for a walk at the beach boulevard. We enjoy the gorgeous sight while we walk breathing that delicious seaside air while talking about our son, our weekdays or whatever thing we have in mind.

Back at home, I do some yoga stretches or Sun Salutations, do some housework and sooner than expected I already have my 120 minutes/miles and a lot of steps for the Fitbit Challenge!

The Spring Challenge and to favor my team, WALKERS, JOGGERS, RUNNERS & GADGETEERS have increased and reinforced this habit that ultimately is the best for my health.
