Weigh-in was 238.0. I went 300 calories over yesterday, so not too bad. I'm on track this morning though. Feeling good about today. My workout will be abs and some
shoulders plus cardio.
No real plans. I'll do some prepping for tomorrow's D&D game. Probably practice Force choking a few people. You know, the normal stuff. Lol. I hope your day dreams are the stuff of sci-fi (or fantasy) adventures
