Goals: Enjoying the Journey

My goal is to lose the inches slowly. I want to maintain a good skin elasticity when losing the inches. I'm going by inches instead of pounds because the scale can fluctuate. Plus I don't want to hop on the scale everyday and get discouraged. I'm going to measure every 2 weeks to a month. Focusing on being more active and having fun along the way without all the pressure of losing weight quickly. Enjoying the Journey! :)
