Okay so I'm going to try to blog for seven straight days not something I'm used to but I have set new goals for myself so here we go 3 days ago I began intermittent fasting With the addition of pickles added to the mix I could never go more than 12 hours without eating because of hyperglycemia and a lifetime of struggling with my weight I would always find ways of defeating myself however I have found that adding pickles my favorite are Claussen dill pickles just by the way is the only 10 calories and if I were intermittent fasting for 24 hours a day or 36 or 48 or more love that it would affect my internet fasting however because I am a woman over 70 who's trying to focus on the metabolic changes that are beneficial for the intermittent fasting for weight loss I can eat a pickle or two or even three during those times when I really truly can't stop myself from eating And I do love me some pickles
