To Do List Revisited

Today was indeed a more productive day. Glamorous tasks such as cleaning bathrooms and refrigerator (though not at the same time!) were accomplished. Everything sparkles and shines for about two minutes!
Managed to fit in an afternoon walk and lunch date with 15 year old son. I was not at all jealous of the bacon cheeseburger and gargantuan plate of french fries consumed by this metabolic marvel. Nope, not at all. Had myself a vegetable stir fry instead.
Feeling like I am eating too much. Calories are currently adjusted when I add exercise to my tracker. Wondering if this is a good thing? Will give it a few days before I mess with it though.
Getting to bed later than I had planned. I wake at 1:15 in the morning to get ready for work. Don't leave until 3:30, but like to have time to accomplish things that I know I will be too tired to do by the time I get home in the afternoon. Was thrown off by impromptu (but nice) visit from my mother in law, then had to take son to youth group, but still wanted to finish that darned refrigerator and get in some intervals on the treadmill.
All done now. Was tempted to bag checking in on SP this evening, but I know I need to work this program in order to have it work for me, so here I am wishing you all a good night!
