SMART Goals BLC 44

Okay, here are my SMART goals for BLC 44:

1. Lose 10 lbs. by the end of the challenge by tracking my food most days, getting a minimum of 30 minutes exercise most days, and participating in this challenge for motivation and accountability.

2. Run a 5K by the end of the challenge. I am currently able to run 1.5 miles. I will add to this bit by bit until I can complete a 5K (most likely virtually, kinda sad, but that is the times we live in!).

I might add a goal or two to this, but I cannot come up with them now. Gotta be up for work in 5 hours!


Editing in the SMART goal I forgot yesterday.

3. Add in short strength, core and stretching. Use SP workouts to start. Like the 7 minute ones. Work up to 3-4 times per week over challenge.
