New Month = New Goals

It's been a few years since i've used this platform. For a while i stopped caring and i gained all of my weight back. I had gone from 318+ to 243lbs. I tweaked both knees in a 10k and i had to slow it down. I had to slow down but what i actually did was stop. I never stopped my workouts. Working out is a stress reliever for me and i wanted it. But my eating...well, i ate great...pizza's, chips, icecream...whatever my heart desired. I gained all my weight back. I saw the scale at 322.8lbs and i mentally slapped myself. Even since then i haven't always been "in the game."

Today i weighed in at 274.0lbs even.

October 31: 267-264lbs
December 31: 250lbs
By YE: Run a 5k in under 40mins

I've slowly been walking and running again. Nothing major or even "fast" but enough to know i'm not in such a bad spot as i thought i would be in. My running pace on average is seconds around 15 minutes give/take. Pretty good for being over 270lbs. I have three months to improve my pace and time.
