I've been doing challenges via my Fitbit and the challenges really do help me to keep my steps up, not because I want to win so much but because I don't want to be at the bottom. I've been happy being in the middle - until yesterday! I was doing a Work Week Hustle with some people who do serious moving and I actually came in 3rd! I couldn't believe it. My five day total was only about 5,000 less than my full week total for the week before. It is definitely helping. I still have to work on doing some weekend challenges or something to keep my steps up then, but my work week is going strong.
