Rest Does Not Mean Quit

I am learning a better rhythm to my day.
My life long habit is: Go-Go-Go-Collapse.
It makes me sad because there are always things left undone, and I am proven to be physically inadequate.I feel like I'm a failure.
I am practicing a new way.
I chunk up my tasks. Do one chunk, then rest, and repeat.
When I stop, it is a full stop, not doing things while sitting. It is restorative.
There are still things left undone. And sometimes I'm still exhausted. But I am learning to celebrate completing each small chunk like a win.
