Flexibility and Strength

Have you ever woke up and just felt stiff all over? Today it was my turn. Making a goal of working on Flexibility and Strength training today. First on the agenda, is going to be some stretching. Low impact and maybe some yoga moves. I am sure by about mid-morning I should be ready to hit the pavement and get my walking goal met. I love SP. Where else can you get all of these things together in one place? So good to know that no matter what I choose to do today, I have a support group and people to cheer me on and enable me to have the confidence I need on this fitness journey. emoticon emoticon
