long time no blog

didn´t realise it was so long since i last blog.been struggling abit but am still trying.been having several health problems and since last blog several operations.but hey still here.how are you all my friends doing?good i hope.corona is effecting everyone over the world in one way or another and is not making this journey any easier.i hope you are all staying save and well or when not getting the help you need to see us all safely through this hard time.here is a relitively new comparisment photo of my progress still have along way to go though but will get there in the end even though it has taken me alot longer than i thought it would be to get there.life gets in the way occassionly we just have to try and work around and with it.take care and keep smiling.

    I have been following you such a long time. I am so glad to see that you are still trying. I am still trying too. I get sidetracked a lot. How many pounds have you lost to date? You look like a completely different person! You encourage me to keep going! I have about 30 more lbs to lose to reach my goal. I keep gaining and losing about 10 lbs for about 4 months now. It is so frustrating! I get discouraged but I am not giving up! Thanks for posting! You have reminded me to come back to Spark People! I need to start logging my food again and checking in more!
