First Thanksgiving at Goal Weight I have a PLAN!

In the spirit of mastering this new skill of Maintenance, here's my Thanksgiving today:
I'm enjoying today, and not restricting. Instead, I PLANNED. In the past, Thanksgiving was a free for all and I would have snacked all day on meat, cheese, eggnog, chips & dips, etc. and then made myself miserable eating a huge dinner with dessert & wine. Today I planned what I would have and I feel in control AND able to indulge. Some of today's indulgences include eggnog (the boozy kind) in my coffee, a decadent dessert, and a couple of nice malty beers to go with my Thanksgiving dinner. This in addition to a protein shake for breakfast, and a big bowl of soup for lunch.
I started the day with 45 min on the elliptical. and will get in at least 10,000 steps today.
I Planned everything I will eat & drink today and pre tracked.
I also Planned to exceed my calorie range and have been eating at the low end since Monday and will eat at the low end on Sunday.
It's just me and my husband but I'm still getting dressed up and reminding myself how good I feel at this weight.
I feel in control, I CAN do this! I AM doing this!
