Entering My Next Race For New Years Eve/ New Eating Practice

I’m putting a pause on my Snow Queen race in Yes.Fit to go for the New Year race and finish by New Years Eve. I peddle, I walk, I do daily activities... Someday I would love to run when my new knees are up to it.

On vacation, I’m hoping to slay at least 15 miles! Lofty goal for a 5 day vacation and a mostly sedentary person with much pain. Can Do Attitude will get me there! Visualizing doing it...

I’m finally starting to see my weight dip again! Yay! The new shift toward movement is helping now. It took a month of gaining, losing, gaining, losing and frustration.

I’m currently trying mindfulness in eating and enjoying my food within portions. Many times I don’t finish the portions when I’m mindful!
