Workout plan 2021

Soon 2021 will be around the corner. Flexibility will be my key daily workout plan as I return from a major knee injury. Wharton’s Book of Stretch offers a great guide regardless of your focus area. This new found training method has been instrumental in preparing me to move.
My running for first two months will be limited to using an Anti-gravity treadmill only twice a week. Basically, this machine removes 40% of my weight in the blink of an eye. Wow! This is what it will be like when I drop all my weight!
Cross training; walking, elliptical, recumbent bike.
Oculus (virtual reality): Tai Chi, Table Tennis and Boxing.
Strength: TRX and plan from physical therapist.
This is my 2021 plan. A year of change for a runner! Patience!
