Today in my workout the trainer said a quote." It's not our conditions that make our choices, it's our choices that make our conditions". And as I listened to that I pondered on the choices I've been making these past 2 years. See I lost 13lbs following a great program and focusing 200% on my nutrition and the food choices I made. Now 3yrs later I'm back to where I started all because I've reconditioned myself to make bad food choices again. It's not all the time but it's more than should be. She also says "WILLPOWER is muscle has to be worked." Agreed but mine is so mushy and desintegrated that it's hard to work it sometimes. (I think to myself that I know you can do it you've done it before)
So in other good news it's never too late to make a change. Feb I vow to make the Choice to FOCUS on my FOOD a non negotiable condition.
