Specific: My goal is to lose 1/2 -1 lb. per week for the BLC 12 week challenge
Measurable: I will track my food on the Sparkpeople website and exercise on Fitbit.
Attainable: I will accomplish my goals by participating in the challenge activities, and online programs WATP (Walk Away the Pounds), GYF (Grow Young Fitness); going to the gym and watching Spark and YouTube videos.
Relevant: By losing weight I will be healthier, have more self-confidence and have more energy and less joint pain.
Time bound: 12 week BLC Challenge Round
-weigh/measure food and track on the SP website
-eat 5 freggies for 5 days each week minimum with 3 being veggies.
-stay within my calorie range
-drink a minimum of 8 glasses of water daily
-exercise a minimum of 20 minutes daily for 5 days (stretches, cardio, yoga, or any combination)
--strength train a minimum of 3 days each week
