This blog post is in response to a weekend challenge in the Biggest Loser Challenge...

Why I started...
I started to change my diet because I was always in pain somewhere - my head, my legs, my feet, my belly
I started to change my stress level because I was always on edge, frustrated, disappointed, unable to relax, unable to sleep, overeating
I started to avoid certain foods I am sensitive to because the joint pain and gastric upset was more than I wanted to deal with
I started to follow a certain diet because I am overweight and it's not healthy
I started to care because I have 3 beautiful kids that should have every option available to them

Now if I could just start to change my exercise habits!!! That's next :)

    Great job getting these 'whys' out. Add that exercise, you will feel soo good about 1. adding it in and making it routine, and 2. it can really lift the mood and ease body aches (if done right). All the best to you!

    You started down this path for some very good reasons. Our children are treasures from heaven and can be great motivators. You have a plan that's doable and one I'm sure, in time, you will be successful with. Your exercise will follow. Keep it going. Keep on moving. Stay patient. Stay determined.
