Febuary goals

For my A&I blog is to blog about our January progress and Febuarys goals

I did good at some on my goals in January. I did go to the gym 3 days a week exept the last week of January. Needed to get some sleep. Still going strong on no soda, still drinking my soda water.Still going strong on not smoking. Still making it to my bible study but doing the lessons is a different story. Havn't done no Journeling and haven't read anything off my tablet yet.

January goals
1) Going to Planet Fitness (got my own membership so don't have to use my husbands) emoticon
2 Make it another year of no soda emoticon
3) Make to my 2nd year of not smoking emoticon
4)Since my bible study this week keep it up emoticon
5) Now my kids go back to school I can do my Journal
6) Read a book at night before I go to bed on my tablet

Febuary goals
1)Still go to the gym
2)Still no soda
3)Still stop smoking
4)Still go to my bible study and try to do my lessons
5)Hope to do another book with my therpist so that will be my reading
6) As well as going to the gym, do at home work outs
7) Go for walks (outside when it is good enough, treadmill when the weather is bad)

    You have made good progress. Your goals for February are right on. Congrats on being smoke free for a year now. I'm sure you can make year 2 too. I quit some 29 years ago and still have triggers - drinking at a bar that still to this day gives ma an urge but the urge is more like just a thought rather than "oh-oh...what do I do now" sort of thing. NO Soda for a year - another great accomplishment.
