I expect to finish this one today. I love virtual racing. Yes.Fit is very motivating and there are many other virtual race/event sites out there if you look. This last one was 113 miles and it took since late November for me to complete, although I did pause it to complete another that I got excited about temporarily.

Soooooooo do I run? Walk? What? I do whatever I can as long as I can, and that has never included running yet. Someday I would love to try it. Something is always better than nothing!

I need to be more vigilant about what I’m eating both in quantity and quality. I want to start cooking at home more, eating more vegetables, food prepping, getting healthier through food. There is a great site I found called Clean Food Crush that has many good tips. Any sites besides SparkPeople that you know of?

Who wants to join food prep/healthy eating sections with me on my team, the ~indygirl journey? I’m going there to start those forums now.

PS. On my way back down the scale from my wandering off path, I hit 234.6 today. Proof positive that if you gain, it doesn’t have to remain!
