I read my Advantages for Losing Weight response card daily.
I plan my meals and track them before I eat.
If I eat off plan I track it and adjust my meal plan to keep within my macros.
I drink 6 to 8 glasses of water daily.
I have added a fruit/vegetable to every meal.
I'm eating low carb and gluten-free.
