WHAT I'M DOING RIGHT, RIGHT NOW

First, thank you for all of the likes and comments on my last blog! I'd love to thank each of you individually, but time is not on my side right now!
I was asked, as a part of a challenge to write a blog about what I am doing right.
to get to that, I have to acknowledge what I am doing wrong and it is not putting me first! While I was losing, I put myself first, made time for daily exercise, cooked meals at home, rested, etc. I'm not doing that now!
work went all sideways when my supervisor told me we were switching text books 4 days before classes started. I expected to teach one class, but also learned I was teaching 2! Luckily, it was 2 sessions of the same class! So, I've been fighting non-blind friendly computer programs and creating and posting brand new info and assignments for the classes! I also tutor math and try to at least exercise some!
But, I am NOT caring for myself!
So, lately while not truly caring for myself, I am doing better at making healthier food choices, I have walked every day, I do drink my water each and every day! That is one habit I have stuck to consistently. I am doing more stretching and yoga now other than walking and it is being kind to me! Also, a big what I am doing right is seeing where I am falling short in my route to better health and a happier weight has given me points from where to get back on track!
