February Challenge - Midpoint

Today was WI and measurements day. So far, this month I only lost 0.2 kg (less than half a pound) and actually gained this week (only 100 g), but I lost 3.5 cm (1.3”) around my waist! And a little around my hips. My thighs are about the same. Anyway: yay! Sure, the scale was not friendly. I feel like I am plateau-ing, but progress is made anyway in terms of what really matters: I am becoming smaller, stronger, leaner... DH says he cam definitely see and feel the differences in my body, so who cares about the scale?
I mean, I do care a bit, but I won’t let it ruin my day. So, goals for next week (hopefully these will make the scale move in the right direction):
- continue eating well
- continue my workout plan (I don’t like yoga, so I will change that day with a pilates day)
- start moving more during the day to get my metabolism into the next gear (I saw somewhere that only exercising for a certain amount of time is not enough, we should move throughout the day all the time)
- clean an area of the house every day (this will also make me move more)
