No news isn't always good news.

A tiny piece of ice caused me to slip, fall face-first onto the edge of our back porch which is cement, broke my glasses, and I fell into the alleway and couldn't get up again. This falling has to stop....my husband came to the rescue again and took me to the ER. After a bunch of tests the doctors told me nothing was broken. Thank God. They also found two other things,
one from a CT scan, a 2 cm lymph node and a 1.3 cm lymph node under the jaw (maxilofacial). And from the ECG 12, a Right Bundle Branch Block. Never heard of a RBBB before. Went home and now 4 days after the fall, my face on the left side is still swollen with a lump under my eye and black and blue marks.
On the 11th I saw my family doctor as a follow-up because the ER advised it. He checked everything out and scheduled an echo cardiogram for me on Feb 24th. We'll keep an eye on the lymph nodes he said. That's it for now.
More snow is on the way here next week. We already had 30 inches...oh my, too much.
Been trying to keep to my food plan. I haven't been writing down the foods I eat. I just didn't feel like doing it....so sorry. Lent is coming and our house will be cleared of anything that resembles sugary morsels...no candy, cookies, ice cream etc. That will definitely help..right?
Have a great weekend out there in SparkPeople Land.
