🌞. Walk x2, marching in place, 3 of 15 squats and calf raises, 3 of 15 core and upper body workout, and 3 of 15 core and lower body workout. 7,000+ steps. Had an amazing day today! So proud of getting all my planed workouts done. I did not use work as an excuse! Calories are great even with pizza and wings on the menu. 16 cups of water. Tomorrow will be back to normal.
