🌞. 1 min 7 sec plank, 3 of 15 modified push-ups, Wii sports and marching in place, 3 of 15 core and upper body workout, and walk. 16,000+ steps. Today was a productive day! Got some laundry and dishes done. Really enjoyed my walk as the paths and sidewalks were mostly clear. Calories are great. 16 cups of water. This past week one of my challenges for my 5% team was NEE (no evening eating) unless a planned 200 or less calorie snack. I thought I would have days that I would mess up. Well to my surprise I have done 8 days straight. I have not eaten after dinner at all. My calories are way better and I have not really struggled with temptation. That's even with hubby sitting here earring all kinds of crap and telling me all about it before he does. The way I have managed to do this is by turning off my snack alarm and eating dinner later than we use too. Tomorrow will be similar to today except for the kind of workouts.
