    I add unsalted canned pumpkin to many dishes. Makes them thicker! I also put it into my breakfast emoticon green drinks. I get about 10 Fruits & veggies a day! My favorite foods! Rainbow carrots & Baked yams, (plain, I cook until they ooze. SO sweet!)

    I'd rather have fruit, but know I should include more veggies.

    Me too. It's a struggle for us and green veggies but we're trying lol.
