🌦️🌤️. X-ray and ultrasound tomorrow afternoon for knee. Dr. is lettimg me walk as long as I am slow and careful. No weight bearing exercise. I am also suppose to wrap it and use Advil. Hate wrapping my knee as it eventually hurts more. Advil didn't seem to help much today. Walk X3, and 3 of 15 seated core and upper body workout. 9,000+ steps. Went for my main walk this morning before Dr. called. It was beautiful and not too windy. Saw my first Robin along the way. Doing my workout seated is harder in different ways than when I am standing. Shows how much I need to work on my back and core. Calories are ok. I had a little pitty party and had a chocolate bar for desert and a few chips. Oh well. I am in range and tomorrow is a new day. 12 cups of water. Tomorrow I will walk and try some leg exercises and see what I can handle. I can only do chair exercises as I don't think floor would be a good idea and I hate using the bed. Not sure what my issue is with using the bed. Won't be working until Saturday as I have my x-ray and ultrasound tomorrow afternoon. Hopefully I won't be in to much pain by the time I get home from appointment. I have been on this weight loss journey on and off for many years. Mainly with Sparks. On November 14th 2018 @ 302 lbs I started again and decided this was going to happen. As I did not have internet at the time I joined TOPS. Spring of 2019 I came back to Sparks and have never left again. I eventually found the 5% challenge. I am part of other challenges as well but they are different.     Good luck with the tests tomorrow. I hope you won't be in too much pain. I've been a member of Sparkpeople since 2008 but I quit and came back in 2011. Keeps me accountable. The journey has been a long and winding road with many setbacks, I prevail
