🌞. Walk x2. 5,000+ steps. Today started out with a shock but a good one. Got a call from the hospital. Thought it had something to do with my knee. Nope I am considered high risk for COVID vaccine do to past health issues. I have an appointment on Tuesday morning at 8 am. Still haven't heard from my Dr so will call next week about my knee. Calories are great. 8 cups of water. Knee is feeling way better today. But still some discomfort this evening. Going to try my walk tomorrow to see how it feels. Still laying off the leg workouts. May get back into my chair yoga depending on how my knee feels after my walk tomorrow. 5% Challenge prep step # 7 - Motivation - List 10 reasons you want to lose weight or maintain your weight. 1. Be healthy 2. To show my son that it can be done 3. Be able to buy cheaper clothes in normal stores 4. Ride carnival rides comfortably 5. Have more energy 6. To be able to keep up with my nephew's 7. To be an inspiration to others. Well I didn't come up with 10 but close.
What do you want to change? I want to continue changing how I eat. H
How do you want to look? I want to look healthy.
How do you want to feel? I want to feel energized. What things will you be able to do in the future with a slimmer healthier body? I will be able to ride carnival rides comfortably and keep up with my nephew's. 5% Challenge prep step# 8 - Triggers and Red Light Foods - Summary

My triggers are � ? My triggers are junk foods and fast foods. Family gatherings are my trigger situations.

My positive behaviors � ? I will choose more healthier options unless it is planed into my calorie range as a treat. I will drink water. I will do something else. NEE (no evening eating)!
Have you developed habits to help you cope with your triggers? I am still a work in progress.
What did you learn from doing this assignment? I have learned that compared to when I started in 2018 I have made huge changes. Also that I have a ways to go.
