Spring 5% Diet Commitment

Do you know what diet you will follow?
Calorie counting with a twist =). I’ll additionally be following Nutritionist’s advice to eat 3 meals/snacks with 15 max card for snacks and 30-40 max for meals. Trying to turn around a pre-diabetes diagnosis

I’m on the hunt for recipes that fit my plan, and I’ll be keeping them in a notebook as I find good options somI can create a go-to list

    I will follow a low carb high protein diet. I generally have a list of recipes that I have found works for me and my family and we rotate among them. Then once a week I will try one of the SP recipes to add some variety. Some are winners and some are not so much. But this seems to keep me on track. For dinner I have found adding a salad daily (and there are so many different types to keep thing varied) makes me eat less of the hard stuff.
