How To Handle Emotional Eating

1. Imagine your dream dress and how great you'll look in it.

2. If you're stressed, try to relax. Meditate. Food won't alleviate stress.

3. Listen to your favorite music. It will cheer you up.

4. Drink a glass of warm milk. It is soothing. *NOTE* I find warm milk to be really gross.

5. Are you anxious? Try to relax, take a bubble bath, or some exercise.

6. If you really must have a portion of comfort food, make sure it is a healthy one.

7. You'll feel amazing if you learn to control yourself.

8. You can eat light microwave popcorn.

9. Eat a delicious healthy snack.

10. Exercise is much healthier than overeating. It's a well-documented fact that exercise puts you in a good mood.

11. This is your turn to win! You're going to feel and look so great!

12. Go for a walk! It will free your mind and make you feel better.

13. Are you tired? Just go to sleep.

14. Imagine what it would be like to have a flat belly. Do you want one? Control yourself.

15. Are you bored? Read a book or your favorite magazine.

16. Listen to your body. Are you really hungry?
