🌦️. Walk, 1 min 4 sec plank, 2 of 15 core and upper body workout, 3 of 15 modified push-ups, and marching in place. 8,000+ steps. Got my workouts done early today even though I got up later than planned. Got my dishes caught up. Calories are good. 14 cups of water so far. Had a nap this afternoon and made me feel more energized for a bit. Plan to go to bed early tonight. Tomorrow suppose to rain all day. Will get either a walk or do a video. Maybe both.
