🌦️. Walk, 3 of 15 calf raises, 1 of 30 high knees, marching in place, and 2 of 15 core and lower body workout. 8,000+ steps. Today's walk had a tiny jog in it just to see how my knee felt. It felt great! Rested my knee when I got home to make sure I don't do any damage. Calories are good. 18 cups of water. Sent my son my photo from the other day. He responded " it looks like you lost a lot of weight". I laughed to myself as I read it cause we seen each other on Easter. So I responded that that's what a new bra can do. LoL. It so made my day! Tomorrow will be another relaxed day for me as I have no major plans outside of working out and some cleaning. Hope everyone had a great day! Keep SPARKING 💥! Stay safe!
