🌧️. Walk, 1m 10s plank, a little dancing, 3 of 15 modified push-ups, marching in place, and 2 of 15 core and upper body workout. 11,000+ steps. Did a little bit more jogging today near the beginning of my walk. It was hard with my mask on. Today was a little weird for me. At about 10:30 am went back to bed and slept till 1:30 pm. Had to force myself to get up but once I got moving again I was fine. I find this weird as I went to bed earlier last night. Calories are great. 18 cups of water. Tomorrow I have a busy day. Laundry and cleaning at mom's, have to do sons taxes (very easy), and take mom shopping. Plan to walk to mom's for the first time this year. Just have to make sure my body doesn't try to head for the bus LoL. My lunch is made so that is one less thing to do in the morning. Hope everyone had a great day! Keep SPARKING 💥! Stay safe!
