Starting Week 19 (Day 127) ~ *YoLo*

I'm really happy with my 1 lb loss this week despite spending much of the week in a hotel (again).
This past Tuesday was also my scheduled *yolo* day which I thoroughly enjoyed.
Y..ou O..nly L..ive O..nce right?
Most of the time I schedule my *yolo* day to coincide with special occasions like birthdays, anniversaries, major holidays etc. With all of the upcoming special occasions our family will be celebrating I've got all of my *yolo days* already scheduled through Dec. 2021
I usually spend the following day drinking lots of clear fluids and then I get right back on track with my low-carb plan and keep moving forward..
I know this 'approach' doesn't work for everyone but it does for me and I'll tell ya straight up...
I really look forward to them.
Well, that's about it for this week...
