Starting Week 19 (Day 127) ~ *YoLo*

I'm really happy with my 1 lb loss this week despite spending much of the week in a hotel (again).
This past Tuesday was also my scheduled *yolo* day which I thoroughly enjoyed.
Y..ou O..nly L..ive O..nce right?

Most of the time I schedule my *yolo* day to coincide with special occasions like birthdays, anniversaries, major holidays etc. With all of the upcoming special occasions our family will be celebrating I've got all of my *yolo days* already scheduled through Dec. 2021

I usually spend the following day drinking lots of clear fluids and then I get right back on track with my low-carb plan and keep moving forward..

I know this 'approach' doesn't work for everyone but it does for me and I'll tell ya straight up...
I really look forward to them.

Well, that's about it for this week...

    I think you're doing great working those days into your regular routine. We can absolutely go a few months on a strict eating regiment but eventually that will start to chip away because we feel deprived. You've set up a plan to include them and build a healthy lifestyle. Nice work!

    Good advice! I might have to use this in a week when we fly up to CT to spend 2 weeks with our kids. Think I'll still do the IF every day and hopefully do some 42 hour fasts, at least several 24 hour fasts. I will be taking you with me because my computer comes wherever I go. I do track on SP everyday and I like doing it on the computer rather than the phone. So wish me luck on my first trip on IF KETO.
