Gave the Scale a Little Kick

This week I was sidelined for a few days with a knee injury, but could still do upper body exercises. Then I had a several days where I hiked. After the longest hike yesterday, today I have rested my knee.
I should have a better weigh in this Saturday. When the scale got stuck I -
1) tracked calories
2) drank more water
3) got moving more
Tonight we are sleeping in our RV on the driveway, just to see if we are ready/packed for our first camping trip this year.
