One Month in

I totally lost my mojo in 2019. But I kept my weight under control until the pandemic. I, like so many others, put on considerable weight.
I find myself back where I was 5 years ago. 270# and miserable. So I'm back on Keto and working out. First day I did free weights killed my deltoids. I have a stationary bike on the way that both my mom and I can use. I'm trying to find the love of working out because this time, I want it to be permanent. And damn it, I want abs!
Oh and I'm down 15# in one month. Taking a victory lap!
