Another week down...

Week 7 is done, sugar cravings seem to have subsided, now to keep it at bay. I'm still working on my Fat/protein/carb percentages but it is getting closer. Still eating too many calories each day. All in all a fairly good week. Went for more walks and lost 2 lbs. Total of 11 lbs gone, 3 more weeks in the Spring Challenge 9 lbs to reach my Challenge goal of 20 lbs. I can do it.

April 15... Calories 1481..Total carbs 77 net carbs 61 ... Fat 70 % Protein 12% Carbs 18%
April 16... Calories 2472... Total carbs 81 net carbs 72 ... Fat 77% Protein 13% Carbs 10%
April 17.. Calories 1756... Total carbs 92 net carbs 88....Fat 63% Protein 17% Carbs 20%

Week 8....
Intermittent Fasting work on not eating after 7 pm
Work on fat/Protein/Carb ratios. Fat is good, less carbs, more protein
Been Drinking 8+ cups of water most days...
