I sure haven’t been very focused this Spring.
Recommitting to making better choices today and setting some goals to hold myself accountable.
Workout - 3-4 days / week
Food - Track and stick to it to ensure I’m burning more than I’m consuming daily. Get enough lean protein in.
Water - 1/2 my body weight in ounces /day
I can do this!!
