And I’ll be back at my 60# down. I’m so determined to not get that weight back on. My new normal is not overweight, but healthy and “slender”.
I’ve been keeping it real for a few years now and as long as I stay mindful and diligent, I am ok.
I’ve had a few over done times this past year especially with the emotional aspect of this pandemic and the civil unrest. But I am feeling a lessening and it’s good.
4# up was scary for me. It does creep up easily. Some say 4 pounds isn’t much, but it is. One more and one more and next thing it’s 20 and 30 and so on. It’s bad for our health.
So I reeled it in and became focused again. And I’m 2 down. Baby steps.
