🌧️. 3 of 15 core and upper body workout, marching, walk, 3 of 15 modified push-ups, and 1 min 14 sec plank. 9,000+ steps. Slept in today because of the rain and I was in need of it. Got some house work done. Tried to out wait the rain but ended up just going as I knew if I waited any longer I would have not gone. Got a little wet and chilled but other wise was a great walk. Even decided to start walking farther so did the loop in the middle of my walk a second time before heading back. This will be my new addition. Calories are ok. Worked very hard to not snack on unhealthy foods. 18 cups of water. Tomorrow is payday so errands and shopping. Hubby also has to get blood work done as well. Hope everyone had a great day!
