🌤️. 3 of 15 core and lower body workout, marching, 2 of 60 step-ups, 3 of 15 calf raises, 1 of 15 squats, and walk. Today was end of month errands and shopping. Also had to take Hubby for blood work. While I was out picked up some calcium and iron pills. During the 5% challenge I have discovered that I am not getting enough calcium. Calories are really high. I hate when payday doesn't fall on my rest day. Oh well back at it tomorrow. I will get out of this up and down slump I am in with my eating and weight. 14 cups of water. Possibly I will get another 4 done. Tomorrow taking Mom to the first farmers market of the season and then taking her shopping for groceries. Hope everyone had a great day! Keep SPARKING 💥! Stay safe!
