The Simple Little Goals that I need to Kick Start

I have been back on Spark People for a week and have been making good progress on most of my simple starting goals which are...
1. Walk and stretch daily working up to 5 miles of brisk hiking.
2. Follow Trim Healthy Mama food plan
3. Eat 5 fruits and vegetable servings per day.
The 2 things that are tripping me up are stretching after walks and eating 5 fruits and vegetables. Stretching is so important for my joints that I just need to make this a habitual part of my walk and if I miss it warm up again and do it. That shouldn't be too hard!
In order to meet my fruit and veggie goal. I think that I need to take some time to wash and cut up veggies in batches and store them in the fridge so I can use them at breakfast in my eggs and at lunch in my pita pocket. Tomorrow I will make time for this. I hope!
I am adding a new goal for next week. Strength training for the lower body 3 times a week. I a going on a hiking vacation in the middle of May and I am not in the shape that I would like to be in!
