having a peaceful morning

good morning- Still having a hamstring problem but it is getting better. I do my exercise stretches 3x a day or more when needed. DH wanted to add sod to our backyard yesterday. We have some patches that do not take to seed. I do not think it will take b/c we have missed the window for grass in our area. I want to add pavers to this portion anyways. He says he will do it if the grass does not take. I worry about him doing too much. He has gotten stronger over this period of isolation. He is now in a size 32W. He looks good and healthy. I am glad he is eating better and exercising. He never did much while he was working. Swimming has done wonders for him. For me, I am really focused on my program. I have had to postpone my TM workout due to hamstring, but I do Yoga, free weights, and walk. Life is good. Twins have some wins on their side.
